Bérénice’s photoshoot with her horse Laudanum
Bérénice shared this quote with me after our shoot together before she even saw her photos:
“You don’t make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”
And I feel honoured and grateful to have had the privilege to work with Béré and Laudanum, her beautiful horse.
It was so beautiful to capture the friendship and trust between these two. Looking at the bond you can create between a human and an animal brings tears to my eyes.
Thank you Bérénice and Laudanum for your kindness and passion, and for the spark, you bring to the world through your bond with each other.

During our special shoot with @berenicefrikart and her lovely horse Laudanum, we decided to have a little Red Riding Hood moment…
The horse only got spooked a couple of times by the cape flattering around him as he galloped lol.
But overall he was very calm, and must’ve thought “what are these two chicks up to now *audible eye roll*”
